 Thomas
R. Greer is originally from Dunlap, Tennessee. He attended Tennessee
Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he graduated
cum laude with a B.S. in History in 2002. He then attended the Cecil C.
Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he
graduated magna cum laude in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Greer was a
member of the Law Review and participated in various moot court and
mock trial competitions. As a third year law student, Mr. Greer was
recognized by Who’s Who Among American Law Students as an outstanding
American law student.
After clerking for Bailey & Benfield during the 2004-2005 academic
year, Mr. Greer was hired as an attorney to practice in the areas of
personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, auto injury
and civil rights/police misconduct. Mr. Greer has been an associate of
Bailey & Benfield since August 2005.
